Could Sig produce a 22 LR conversion bolt and carrier for the 556 rifle?

Would it be possible? Or is the spring to heavy on the piston for it fire 22 LR? With Kroil we could get all the lead flashing out of the barrel. Would Sig be up to the production, or farm out the production of the parts?

That's not going to happen. You have heard Sig makes the 522 haven't you?
