So I'm getting ready to start the paperwork for my 01, but I forgot the site to order the forms, anyone got the link? Also exactly what forms do I need?

This page has everything you need. You can download and print the application form, but you'll need to order the fingerprint cards.

How long will it take to get the finger print cards?

As far as I can tell, the ATF Distribution Center is the only part of that organization which can be called efficient. You should have the cards within a week of ordering them.

It mentions needing a photo?

Where do I get the fingerprinting done once I have the Cards?

Yes, you'll need two passport (2"x2") photos. You can get the fingerprints done at your friendly neighborhood law enforcement agency; local police, county sheriff, or State police. Make sure you have two cards done.

Do they have to be actual photos, or can I just use printed pictures?

I took a digital head & shoulders shot of myself, and printed it on glossy photo paper. ATF accepted it just fine.
