As a Type 1 FFL, how would you transfer an NFA item from your personal collection?

My understanding is that a Type 1 FFL should log any non-NFA personal firearms in (and subsequently out) of the bound book if selling them from a personal collection, but what about an NFA item from a Type 1 FFL's personal collection? Do you just transfer it like any other individual?

This would be a first for us, so any information is much appreciated.

If it's your personal gun, you don't even have to log it in to your bound book, whether or not it's an NFA firearm, as long as you're not selling it in your "professional capacity" - e.g. some goods transaction involving other FFL items or things you're using your FFL to take in in partial trade.

However, if you choose to log it in to your bound book before you transfer it, then an in-state buyer will have to do the 4473 to take it home, and could only legally pick it up at your licensed premises or a bonafide gunshow within the state. If out-of-state, it'd go out to the buyer's FFL in its destination state.
