Anyone else get theirs today?
(if you aren't on the front lines running guns to the Mexicans you won't get one

Typical government. The enclosed letter says I can order more forms off the ATF website.....but nope. This form wasn't listed and you can't write it in.
"You are required to report all such sales that occur on or after August 14, 2011"

The NRA is asking all FFL's who get this letter to contact them. The House voted to block this.

Will these forms only be regional? I wonder if everyone will have to start reporting multiple sales on certain long guns?

They are regional for now......
Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California.

unfortunately, it doesn't work. it just adds theft/loss reports to my order...

Havent gotten mine yet. Looks like I can't help out. So, if we dont comply, what is the actual violation we would get slapped with? Definately nothing USC.

Well, they are basing this reporting requirement under 18 USC 923(g)(5)(A), which is a Licensing statute, There is no affiliated CFR that I can find for this specific multiple rifle report.
