Does anyone have a picture of the steel magazine release? I took my new E4 to the range today and fired one round and had a FTE, so I tried to eject the magazine....no luck. I smacked the magazine a few times to get it knocked loose and it came out.....along with the plastic mag catch pieces. I was just wondering if the steel replacement will replace the pieces that broke, or if I'm SOL.

I highly doubt you are SOL.
Probably better to post a pic of your broken part so we can collectively help as opposed to waiting for someone to post a pic of the metal mag release as most of them have been installed and not usually a loose part than can be acquired separately...If you look into the magwell, you should be able to see a distinct part that is the mag release itself...
I'd post a pic if I still had the parts. I have mag release button. It's the piece that actually held the mag in the rifle that fell apart

Post a pic of the inside of the magwell, it will be easy to tell what is missing.
Ratworx has replcaement metal mag catches and will replace them under warranty.
Ratworx stated that the warranty period expired. That being said, I purchased the steel release from them and it replaces the piece that broke perfectly. The Ratworx guys were extremely helpful and shipped the steel part quick.
I have the 20/20 precision extended top rail and the AR trigger box, Ratworx steel magazine release and Manticore charging handle. Is there anything else that I need?
I had the same problem... but MSAR was still in business then and replaced it for free.
