Got one...but can't get a pin through the holes on my ATI folding stock. Any experience/ideas?

Will it fit through the lower? I had to drill out the stock a slight bit to get mine to fit. Pretty sure that's what most people do. Well worth it in the end.

This is normal to have to fit the large pin through the pistol grip for the stock. I had to for mine. no worries

From what I remember when I did mine, I didn't really drill mine. I simply took a drill bit and turned it through the hole a time or two by hand to make sure I didn't open it up too much.

The problem is that the hole on my receiver is only big enough for the smaller pin. I don't want to drill on that because it doesn't look all that strong and I don't need that breaking as its the only support for the "wobbly" stock. ....I'm surprised this is plastic, well not really it is an airsoft gun!

So, I tried one of the smaller pins and it fit thru and stayed but the stock just moves too much with it in, so went back to the original screw setup as that is my only option here. shit.

No worries. I drilled my trigger group out to accept the large HK push pin and it is fine. The crappy factory stock is what makes it feel flimsy. I replaced it with a POF MP5A2 stock and bedded it to the receiver with epoxy and it is ROCK SOLID.

How do you get your bolt out now? Or does the stock still come off?

The stock is still removable. After grinding the rails on the MP5 stock to make it fit the GSG receiver it had a bit of play side to side and up and down. I just waxed the receiver, laid some epoxy around the inside of the stock, and slid it on. I had to clean out the holes in the stock but it is solid.

Ah, I see now. That's pretty cool!
