Scar 17s prices

I have my eye on the scar 17s for some time now, and decided to sell some of my other toys to fund it.I love the fed model. Will the prices eventually come down or will it go up in price?
Should I buy now or wait couple months.

If you find one, buy it. I just bought one about 2 1/2 weeks ago for about $2700.

They are very hard to find right now. If you can find one under $2700 I would buy it. Don't think price is going down any time soon.

Mine happend to come up for 2649 snagged it, out of stock again.......
who knows future prices especially if the current prez gets re-elected.

Do you mean FDE - as in Flat Dark Earth?
I like the black one myself.
I'm considering selling/trading my HK91 pre-ban to fund it.

I just picked up a scar 17s for $2300 , came with surefire m6000c and 3mags

You think it's hard to get a rifle, try finding mags. I've had mine for over a year now and still only have 1 mag.

Appreciate it. I checked out your listing, and I'm sure those are current market prices, but I'm just not willing to pay those kind of prices. I've waited a year, and I'll wait a bit more. Hopefully supply will catch up.

yeah, a bit too much for putting out $$ for the Scar, but I was fortunate enough back in the early 90s to pick up a Israeli IMI AR and ARM in .223 caliber, both mint, but no boxes.. from what ;prices are on those now, I have some good trading material.. I'd like to get the SCAR 16 and 17 in FDE, but what is deal on the mags for the 17? are they just none available or just too expensive?
I'm seriously thinking just to use my DSA fals, instead, of getting another weapon system that requires another set of mags. I've read both good and bad about the Scar 17s... still a bit undecided... I know what my Galils can do.

I waiting until mags are available before I buy the Scar 17. Until then my DSA FAL work just fine.

if you're holding out for mags, there are a quite a few popping up on gunbroker for $50 each and a few other places lately. There are a few threads on the fnforum on this.
