Spikes sear trip / anti-bounce kit ... anyone know where one is in stock?
Was wondering if anyone knows of a place that might have these in stock?
Thanks very much!
I was looking for a FA kit also last week and had no luck with any of the usual vendors. I wound up sending an order to Jon Ceiner. We'll see how that works out.
I have a spare set, I messaged Dedeye but no response if you want the one I have pm and we can work something out.

I've had a WTB ad up in the EE for almost a month now with no luck, and Spike's said they quit over in their industry forum.
Any ideas on where else to dig up a trip kit (beside Ceiner)?
Last couple I bought (and other Ciener parts) came from Rick Kuehl at Kuehl Precision Firearms, although I'm not sure if he's still in business.
I bought my from PKFirearms about 2 years ago and they do not sell it anymore. Spikes does not sell the 22 anymore. It doesnt appear that CMMG sells the trip and anti-bounce. You might be stuck with JAC>

WTB on Sturmgewehr or Subguns maybe?
You might want to try Gunbroker.com as well.

Just as a follow-up, I did order the trip and anti-bounce weight from JAC. To my surprise, it arrived in an appropriate amount of time and was as ordered, so it was a pretty routine transaction. The parts, when installed, did function just fine.
If you follow the instruction on his web page, you should (hopefully) get your parts in a fairly painless manner.
My first conversion kit was from JAC. Also painless.

So will the trip from JAC work on a spike dedicated bolt? I ask because I am in the same boat, m16 RR and no full auto upper

Yes
I believe the bounce weight on the Spike's kit is shorter. Not sure if they will interchange. The trip is the same though.

None left when I checked.
thanks guys. is the trip something that will wear out? is it worth getting 2 right now?
Yes it is worth getting an extra one or two. I have (had) a Ciener trip that broke. Luckily I got one from Spikes when they still sold them. Too bad I didn't get extra ones.
