I've seen them on ebay, gunbroker, and local gun shows. Couple of surplus dealers have them.

I've never seen the manf for them, but good find. I'd still rather buy them from the guy at my local gun show, he usually has them for $10.

Looks to be but without the words TRAINING on them.
