So I just picked up an RPB 37mm launcher, and I'm trying to figure out how it mounts to the barrel. It looks like I'm missing something important

Right off just slipping it over the barrel it looks like it is intended to mount to an HBAR, and is still very loose - there is another hole that looks like it holds some sort of spacer in place. It's hard to find pictures of an RPB, let alone one dismounted or even with the handguard removed. I figure I'll end up having to make a spacer and a new barrel strap to fit the M4 type barrel that is going on my next build - does anyone have any tips on how to attach the front end, and on maintaining the proper alignment? Thanks. (ETA: some close up pics of how other launchers mount to the barrel might be handy

) Here's a pic of what I have in hand now:
Mine has a barrel mount that looks like a small scope ring split at the top with a screw to close the top gap. It is keyed to the launcher by dropping it into the base that is like the one on your launcher. You put two screws through the front holes of the base to secured it to the base on the launcher. I do not see the front holes on the base you have. Mine has the threaded side holes and holes through the front.
