The question came up about how available destructive devices are in America. (Gun Grabber says "well we wouldn't allow people to own rocket launchers" and I say "We already allow people to own rocket launchers") I know federal law says you need the NFA tax stamp, but what about state laws? Has anyone put together a comprehensive list of state DD laws?
The only thing I've found so far is this thread on
m4carbine.net. The list is hard to read, but gets the point across. But it's not sourced. Can anyone vouch for this list. It looks like DDs are allowed in most states.

Check out Bardwell's FAQ on NFA. He has a table on what states allow. Also, check with your local DA to make sure his list is up to date. GROG
