 Do the 37mm Havoc's eject the spent round like M203's?

No. The casing fit in the 37mm tube is a little loose and you can just let gravity work for you or pull the casing out with a finger as there is a radius cut in the bottom of the barrel for extraction. The barrel on Spike's launchers are just that, a barrel and nothing else. No ejector or extractor. If you do get one register it as a DD and you can really have some fun. Ok...I'll bite. because I'm a lazy sucker I'll ask here. What do I need to do to register as a DD? I have one coming in the mail!!!!

If you want to use anit-personnel round (chalk, beanbag, rubber ball, shot shell, etc...) you need it registered as a DD. Otherwise you can only shoot flares, smoke, and gas.
