I believe all the kits sold are produced by the same company and then resold by many others. You'll get the same stuff regardless of where you order from. (I don't use a kit, but have a few buddies who have and spoken to others as well)
With that said, make sure you practice a good amount prior to trying it on anything you really want done, and expect spray can quality. That is to say, it may come out decent, but won't be 100%. There's A LOT of variables that affect the quality of water transfer printing. (Distance activator is sprayed from film, how much activator, what type of base coast, how long you wait after the base coat, water temp, flim type... heck sometimes even humidity.)
