Bought a suppressor from a gun shop 450 miles away. Was down there over the weekend to do the paper work. In box 2b they put the county of the gun shop, not my home county.
Can I correct the error with a pen or does the form need to be computer generated ?

I made a mistake on my form 1 and the approver mailed it back to me and I corrected it by hand.
What I would do is line out the mistake and correct it by hand and initial next to the one line.
You can fix it by hand. Just put your initials by the correction.

I did this on two forms not even 3 weeks ago. The assistant examiner said "put a line through the error and then initial next to it". Just received 2 form 4's no to long afterwards. I wanted my forms to look nice and neat but after 5 months I couldn't give a shit anymore.
