 Who Currently Makes Post-86 Receivers?

From what I understand an 07 can make a registered machine gun receiver and sell the receiver as a dealer sample to a SOT. The SOT can then finish building the gun into an operational sample MG.

What manufacturers offer these receivers? Specifically, does anyone offer a FA Uzi receiver? I thought Philadelphia Ordnance offer them, but their web site shows only 80% receivers.

ETA: I forgot to add that the receiver would be going to an SOT with a demo letter.

I believe that 07's usually make their own receivers. I think a new receiver would require a demo letter.

An 07/C2 can, yes. But if the receiver is finished, you'd need to be a SOT yourself AND have a demo letter to get it transferred to you.

If a manufacturer offers an 80%, you can probably get them to complete one for you, once you get them that demo letter of yours. Post-sample receivers and MGs are not typical offerings on a website, due to the issues involved in purchasing them.

Protip - transfer it on a Form 4 to avoid the excise tax due, if the excise will be more than the $200 tax stamp.

I forgot to put that in my original post

NoDak & McKay make S/A Uzi Receivers. Check with them maybe they do F/A and just don't advertise it since the market is small.

Complete post sample IMI Uzi's are pretty easy to find for about $1000. Just post on Strum or Subguns for one.
