I know thus had probably been asked many times assess I hate to have to ask it but it has been 3 years and I don't want to slow down am skyway slow process.
Stupid question 1: staple or paper clip the forms? Or does it matter?
Question 2: am I allowed to fold the papers? Our should it be a full size envelope?
3: do I send it to the west Virginia or the Atlanta address? Wasn't there something a while back about where to send them?

I always use paperclips, so they don't tear the form up trying to disassemble the papers. It's all going to get separated when it gets there.
You can fold them. They will send it back in a standard envelope folded up anyways.
Form 4s go straight to the Atlanta address. Form 1s go to WV to make sure they are legal to build before forwarding them to Atlanta for payment processing.
