Well my pending date in October 6. I have been watching NFAtracker like a hawk for the last few weeks. Ann Felter issued an approval for a Sept 6 pending date almost 3 weeks ago. Since then it appears things have come to a screeching halt. I'm just curious of there are people out there that haven't updated NFAT yet that have been approved lately.

Do recall that not nearly everyone in the NFA world uses NFAT.
I don't, and I have numerous items pending.
I wouldn't use that as your baseline for what NFA Branch is doing, personally.

That is crazy. On NFA tracker Ann Feltner already has one or two late September (27th) pending dates approved and the stamps received. I'm pending Oct 6. I was hoping to be 7-10 days out.

Checking on NFA Tracker he usually takes around 20-25 weeks. I'm right at week 20 with no approval yet :(

I had two forms go pending Oct 7, F4 SBR and suppressor to Sara Jones. I'm still waiting, but I'm guessing I'm close. I'm at 148 days pending right now.

I sent a trust Form 1 in on 08/25/11 and got it back on 03/02/12. I can't say as to the pending date as I never called to get it. Dana Pickles was the examiner.

Hopefully I am coming up soon. My form 4 on a trust went pending on the 19th of September, Dana Pickles is also my examiner.

Just got the call from the shop, my form 4 pending since 9/19 came back in today's mail with a stamp attached! I am thrilled!!! FWIW, Dana Pickles was the examiner.

I went pending October 17...then found out last week that the rifle I purchased and submitted a Form 4 on...well, had actually been bought by somebody else months earlier. He filed his Form 4 a month after mine and just recently they discovered there were two people submitting Form 4's on the same gun. Nobody's fault really, just a big mix up after the FFL who received the gun on a Form 3 died.
My examiner said that if I got a replacement form 4 (with a new gun & serial number) pronto, I wouldn't lose my place in line.
So, I'm either due to get it soon if Sarah Jones is true to her word...or I'm screwed.

Picking up a can today from my dealer. I don't know the pending date, but the check was cashed 9/9/11, approved on 2/28/12. Right at 6 months door to door.

This is just plain fucking stupid. My Form 1 went pending on October 4th and, as of today, they said to "call back around the middle of April." This is the 6th stamp I've applied for under my Trust. None of the other 5 took nearly this long. It's a trust... WTF do they have to check that takes that long?!
It seems that we Ohioans got stuck with a slow-ass examiner since they did the whole review by State thing.

I'm gonna guess its more because their workload has doubled/tripled over the last couple of years, but they still have the same amount of examiners...
