I faxed in 2x 5320.20's on Dec 12. In the past, these have been abt a 2 week turn around. But I'm looking at closer to 5 weeks (but also during the holidays). Are these taking longer to?

Is there anyone I can call to confirm it was rec'd.
Would it hurt to resent it?

Last ones I faxed in I had back in my mail box in 6 days. You can call the NFA #, the receptionist will be able to look them up for you.

On two different occasions, I've had a 5320.20 take over 6 months. Neither recent, though.

They are usually 2 to 6 weeks.

I called and was told it was a problem status. I got transfered and he said it was and address problem. He then said that it was an error on their part and said he was now going to get approved and sent out.

Mailed three of them on on January 9th via USPS priority mail. They were delivered on the 12th and I just got them back today. About the same time frame as my last ones about 6 months ago.I always wait till the last minute to mail them though and I always put my travel date only about twoo weeks ahead (it was on the 20th on these forms). Maybe that makes the examiner hurry a bit...?? They did mail them to the wrong place though. I mailed them from my OR residence (the forms were for moving my NFA stuff between my OR residence to my AZ residence throughout the year). Instead of mailing them back to me in OR they mailed them to my residence in AZ :(

I'd like to add that I mailed mine on 02/08/12, they were delivered on the 02/13/12 according to usps delivery confirmation. Approved on 02/15/12, yes two days later. I received them back today 02/18/12.

Thank you Mr. Pickles, that is all I can say.
