I formed a trust and sent in a copy of the declaration of trust.
A friend told me that was all I had to send but reading on here some have sent more than that. Was wondering if I messed up. Thanks for any info.
They may reject it if you didn't also send the Schedule A. Also some examiners require the Cert of Citizenship form (some do not) so I always send it to be on the safe side.
Also I assume you sent in 2 copies of the Form 1 or 4 and a check for $200.

They are probably going to want the entire trust and if the trust language mentions a Schedule A or Schedule B they are going to want that also. Depends on the examiner but I'm guessing it will be a problem. Hopefully your examiner will call you and let you fax the missing stuff.
Otherwise they will send it back with a form letter telling you what is missing. When you return it, it will go to the top of the pile so it's not a big deal.
