Picked up another mosin today

I had been needing to add a 91/30 to my 2 m44's
I was thinking about ordering a hex from aim, but hadn't got around to it.
I found this at a local pawn shop today.
It came with about 700 rounds of ammo.
It was on consignment. The shop owner said if the owner finds the scope he will call me.
I can only hope.

the whole package including the ammo was 250+tax

That was a good buy . On the left side an original sniper should have a second serial number from the original scope

No sniper marks on barrel shank, CAI import mark, incorrect looking mount, etc.

^^^This. The lack of sniper marks on the barrel is a dead giveaway, and the fact that it is a Century import sealed the deal. Good score for the OP, if you get the scope. Let us know how it shoots.

It's a repro yes, but you mount a scope up on it, and it could be the best shooting mosin you ever saw. I have one of the repro's that will break clay birds at 300yds with surp ammo, it's a keeper

I will let you know how it shoots.
I want to find a scope. Everything i can find online seems to be around 300.00
I may tell the shop i bought it from if the scope is found i will give them $100.00
