Just got my C&R, couple of questions about license copies

Finally got my C&R in the mail 
My questions are:
Should the copies I make be signed or unsigned?
Should I ever sign the original?
Is any info past the black solid line under the signatures needed?

NEVER sign the original, only sign copies.

First post is correct. Never sign the original. Only sign the copies.

What they said^^ I'd also make several copies now and do not drink red wine in the vicinity of the original.
