I am aware that having a C&R allows one to have any firearm older than 50 years old shipped right to their door, but what about pistols? In PA, you have to be 21 to buy a handgun from a dealer (you can purchase face to face or have one gifted at 18). I am not 21 yet, but If I get a C&R would I legally be allowed to buy say a P38 online with my C&R?
Never seen this come up before, so I am curious.
You need to be 21 to get your C&R (or any class of FFL), so it's a moot point.
