Has the C&R application form changed in the past year and a half?
I had them mail me the info packet a while back, and it's just been sitting in the safe. I was thinking about finally filling it out. Does anyone have the current form number or a way to tell if mine are current?

I know the renewal form changed in the past few years to include how many guns you sold, but as far as a initial app I'm not sure, been about 5yrs since I done that one. It was a carbon copy type form with 2-3 copies I think?
They have a form on the ATF website you can fill out and print.
I found the one on their website. I should have probably done that before starting this thread.

That's the one, about a week since I sent it in, and I have a pending charge of $30 which I believe is them.
They take that $30 with in days, expect four more weeks to get the lic. back.
I was afraid of that, but i will hope for the best.
