The one made by Peltor, that came with my Comtac's, says part # FL5040-02. The PTT's made my TCI or Atlantic Signals are much better made than the Peltor ones and you can send them your headset to insure compatability and function. They will cost you however but my guess is if you are using a PRC148, performance and durability is more important than cost. If you are having to buy yourself however I know cost does have to be considered. The Peltors will work, but there are a lot more options with someone like Atlantic Signal. These guys can make you anything you want with custom length cables, water proof connectors, ect.
Atlantic Signal
Do you have a coms guy that could help you out in your unit?
U-94A/U. TEA does them right.
If you can't get TEA stuff (which is very well-made shit) a normal NEXUS U-94A/U can be had from an avionics/ aviation communications retailer. Get an ESM tech (or get smart and do it yourself) to "pin it out" to a U-229 (6-place, not a U-228 5-place) connector.
Thanks for the leads! I knew I could get a quick response out of this place, I tried sorting through everything at opticsplanet and cross-referencing, but it just gave me a headache!
