Loose rear sight on Mossberg 590

Guys,

I picked up an old police trade in 590, and the rear right moves side to side.

The center flat head screw just turns, and doesn't tighten down. The ears are bolted down solid, but the internals move.

The elevation wheel works good, but it is loose due to the main screw being loose.

Anyone ever dealt with this before?
