I have both. If you have the means get the Urbino if it is for a pump action. It does a lot to mitigate recoil, the grip is wide and has recoil absorbing material on the palm, and as you said has the Limbsaver pad. I have SpeedFeed IV with a R3 recoil pad on my 1100 tactical and there is no felt recoil to speak of. If money is an issue then I think you will be happy with the SF IV. Try to shoot both if you can.
No experience with the speedfeed, but the urbino has made my Benelli m2 tactical a much more enjoyable gun. Fixed the obnoxious LOP on the factory stock, and the limbsaver pad makes a big difference.
Something to keep in my mind is that stocks also come in short or reduced LOP models. There is a SpeedFeeed Model IV and a model IV S. Something else to think about.
