well i've had this gun for a couple years now, it doesn't get shot a ton other than in 3 gun matches ect, all of a sudden it's decided that its gonna FTE every single federal low brass hull i throw at it, i realize it's a 00/slug gun but i dont think it's accepatble for it to not run anything i throw at it, never had any problems with it before using these loads
it runs 00buck just fine but i'm pretty sure it's short stroking the low brass stuff, i tore it all apart and cleaned it so there isn't a spec of dirt in it, still FTE
i read some stuff about the gas rings on the piston and they cant be aligned just like on an AR15 yada yada well i dont see how they could be miss aligned, dont get it, obviously the guns not getting enough gas to blow the bolt back but i cant put my finger on it, with the 3 gun season rapidly aproching i need to get this thing back in the game asap and i'd rather not have to use $12/25 box of high brass stuff
ha, nevermind i just realized i had something on that magtube positioned wrong, boy do i feel like an idiot, we'll see if it runs....
