So I have a Browning Maxus... It needs a trigger job, no gunsmith will take up the project (at least that I have talked to.) The problem I'm having is that the trigger will fail to reset on ocasion, this is extremely annoying when trying to take a second shot. It's a shotgun and doesn't need a hair rifle trigger. I even sent it back to Browning, but I think its more a fault of the trigger design than anything else.
My question is, has anybody had custom springs made? I want to send a disconnect/trigger spring to someone and have them reproduce it with a heavier weight. It shouldn't be that hard and I'm sure others would want this as well. If you have had springs made in the past, who did them and how was the experience?
Thanks in advance
I would give Wolff Gunsprings a call.
I'll give them a call today. Thank you for the information
They have a minimum of 500 pieces...I don't want to commit to that level at this time.

But you would never run out.

Sorry. I thought they might have a solution for you already.
