Can't get the barrel pin out of my Mak
I have a Russian IJ-70 that had a bulged barrel. I was able to get the slide off and cut the barrel behind the bulge but now I can't get the barrel pin out to remove the barrel. I have bent a couple punch and it still won't budge. Any ideas?
Try shorter punches, or maybe one of those spring loaded center punches would get it started. I think I just smacked mine with a hammer.
If you have a trusty assistant, you could try to get it lined up on an arbor press.
