 Was there ever a "target" model Makarov?

The accuracy of these guns (at least the East German one) is very good. I'd love to see one with an extended barrel, compensator, and target sights. Did the factory ever make one?

I know Baikal makes one with an adjustable rear sight, but what about target barrels?
