I had a fiber optic front sight put on my other 1911's and really like being able to see them (the night sights are great at night but wash out during the day). My question is I bought a Dawson Precision Fiber optic front sight for my 16-40 and a sight install tool. Is there a certain way they are installed? Such as left to right or right to left? Is there any thing I should be aware of? Any help? Thanks.
