Thanks for the tips.....

...found some on Gunbroker. Price was okay. Factory mags are really pricey. But these aftermarket shood feed okay- Mac-Gar. Had good luck w/ them for other pistols.

Join Para Owners of America. They're selling mags for $75 for three, I think

$25.00 each.... not bad. Not bad at all... With the amount of Para's I own, it's funny I never joined. I guess I never paid that much attention to the Para website.

Edit-
The current "special" is buying two mags and get one free. BUT, you have to buy a new pistol......

Hell. Sorry about that.

I love my Paras, I truly do, but I bought both of mine used. Wouldn't cough up what they want for a new one.

FWIW, I've had no luck with ProMags for the p14, and had to go to Wolff extra power springs even in factory mags to get real reliability.

No problem. At least I'm on the mailing list for them now. LOL. Some of the guns I buy are used, a few were 'new' but dealers were trying to get rid of them. My 40 was suppose to be meant for LE since the config was funnny in my opinion. But it left the factory the way I got it (emailed them).

Most the mags I'm getting are Mac-Gar..... been fortunate to find some under $22.00 for blued....

Aren't the Mec-Gars a round down in capacity? Why on earth is that?

Guys, if you are a member of POA you are eligible for the 3 mag deal. No pistol purchase is necessary for members to get the mag deal, just read a little further down on the coupon. I ordered 3 for my P18 last week.

Edit-

Went and read ALL of the info. Not just the coupon.... but the web page... ahhhhhh...... well, I have a few days to order. I was going to put on a CC, but I decided to wait for pay day...

I noticed that it allows you to put more then one deal on the cart.... is this true??

I made several orders. I went the POA route, and simply inputted my member number. My P14.45 mags were on back order for a few weeks, but they arrived safe and sound nonetheless. They were also date stamped, unlike any other Para mags I have. It was very easy to deal with them.
