Anyone know how they are? If I get a Para and have a problem will they pay shipping both ways?
Thanks in advance!

I had a problem with a new Warthog where the grip screws were stripped and the screws would fall out. Needless to say I had the OH WHAT THE FU*K look on my face! I called Para spoke to customer service who transfered me to the gunsmith department. They asked if I my have done it, no was the answer, then they asked for the serial number, was put on hold for a minute or two, he came back on and said a new set of bushings and screws will be sent out right away. When asked how or why it happened he said there was a labor issue( what ever that was supposed to mean) and the new parts would go out priority mail. So long story short, I had no problems and had the screws in two days. For me customer service was excellent.
I sent my P16 in I went ahead and paid for the shipping the gun was mailed on a Thursday got it back by Monday but the warranty deptarment is only 20 minutes away.I was very pleased with the service that I recieved.
Im working on a issue right now heres the deal...
Ordered a custom unit pistol and got it about 10 months ago
PCS's to MO for school. Enroute car was broken into and pistol stolen
Called Para 6 months after the buy was over and had a new pistol sent out in about 3 weeks
Pistol was sent to original FFL in WA instead of the FFL in NY.
Called George he sent a prepaid shipping label for it to be test fired then sent it out to my FFL in NY.
Pistol arrived but FFL cannot find Casings.
Called George he said he'd look into it on his end while I ask my FFL to take a second look
Oh almost forgot yes its kinda a cluster but im in Germany so im in no hurry to get the gun. But they couldnt be more helpful.
Now we play the waiting game
Great people great service great guns.
