I have just recently purchased an D18-9SR. I'm was wondering if its parts are interchangable with the P18-9 (i.e. mags) and also do grips for standard 1911s fit because the grip screws look larger, and do 1911 dovetail sights mount without modification.
Also, any general information about this gun would be helpful because I am having a difficult time finding info on the web.

Standard 18-9 para mags are the same mags for your pistol.
You need Para type grips (wide body P-14), not single stack 1911 grips to fit the pistol.
If you looking for rubber, then Pearce grips.

Not sure on the what the sight cut is on that pistol (dovetail dimensions), but if call up Novak, they can tell you what the sight cut is, and what they have that will fit it as well if you don't want to have it re-cut for low profile sights.
