1982 manufacture, and in pretty good shape, with only a few very slight scratches in the finish.
I really like the grips; they look to be Pau Ferro wood...Hogues maybe? Anyway, I'm not too crazy about the rear sight, which overhangs the rear of the slide. Does anyone make an adjustable rear sight that does NOT overhang the slide? Oh yeah...I took care of the magazine disconnect, and the trigger is now near-perfect. Crisp and light, but not
too light.

Sure they do....the original adjustable rear sight on that Hi Power didn't hang off the back.....but it did sit up pretty high.
Before buying a new rear sight I would measure that rear dovetail very carefully......the previous owner might have altered the size of the dovetail to install that sight.

No, the hammer hasn't been bobbed. I figure I'll try it out and see if it bites before I do any surgery on it. Been too busy at work to get any trigger time on it yet.
