P11 Magazine Rattle
My P11 Magazines sound like a can full of rocks or in this case 9mm...is there anything I can do about this???
You can crimp the front and rear of the mag (WHILE EMPTY OF COURSE), a little at a time until the rattle goes away. The rattle comes from between rounds 5-8 (at least on my P11). The tip is go slow and apply pressure a little at a time along the whole length of the mag. I used a small hobby vice, others claim success with channel lock pliers.

Get a q-tip, cut one of the cotton ends off, load about 7 rounds; then on left-side of the magazine, insert the q-tip and you should hear a little click, then load the rest of the ammo....YMMV, this usually works for me. I think it's because the follower is not even.
