Single Sided Controls?

I have an SP-01 Tactical with the ambi-decocker on the frame.
Is there any way to turn the ambi-decocker into a single-sided one? I am right handed, and never use the lever on the right side of the gun. I have 1911 with a single-sided safety, and think it looks allot cleaner.
So is this mod possible?

Not sure..I have a CZ85 that has an ambi decocker and safety.
I really wanted a CZ 75 since I am right handed and have no need for the other side controls.
I guess the left handed controls are there for emergency.
