Talk to me about this gun, I need some info. Looking for a conceal carry gun and want something small, how does this little guy stack up to the others (manufactures)?

Not planning on a 40, what is wrong with the polymer version?

got the 9mm alloy frame one and love it but cant speak for other manufactures other then a 1911 Springfield EMP in 9mm that my wife has.
But thats not a fare comparison so take is as you like but i like the EMP better but you could have gotten 2 RAMIs and ammo for the price of the EMP
plus it cant hold as many rounds as the RAMI. the extended mag holds 14rds and the EMP only 9rds

i dont like the polymer version, but that goes for all poly guns. i just dont like the unbalanced feel to them.

i also got the extended mag, which makes a bit of difference when shooting since my pinky has something to hold onto.

here compared to my CZ 75 Compact in 40SW and the CZ2075 RAMI

No experience with the RAMI, but I've owned a pre B 75, and shot an SP 01. I think the P 01 with some VZ's would be an ideal carry weapon. The problem with these "compact" doublestack pistols is they don't have enough of a grip to hold onto. Length is never a problem concealing for me, its always thickness that kills me.

I had a RAMI 40 very early on.

Total Jam-O-Matic on anything but FMJ ammo.

Dumped it after trying all the usual fluff and buff tricks to no effect.

Personally I though it was too wide as well.

Some of the poly guns develop a bulging issue. Plastic...

My alloy 9mm 2075 has run real well. FMJ run well, and it really likes the Fiocchi 9MM hp's

I had a 2075 (9mm, metal with safety). I found the safety hard to flick off so I sold it. I intend to replace it with the 2075BD 9mm (decocker version).

I own a CZ-2075 polymer and even though it has a slight bulging in the frame it continues to work flawlessly. I had problems with the thin safety controls at first but it was just a matter of training. The gun is fast to recover and very accurate even with the short barrel. It is one of my CCw guns at this time. I do agree with not getting a .40 S&W version though, CZs and .40 have a history of feed problems. Stay away from the decocker, the DA trigger on CZs sucks and the gun was meant for condition 1 carry anyway.
