Waffenfabrik Kommer Zella-Mehlis translates to Weapons factory Kommer, city of Zella-Mehlis. There is a Waffenfabrik Walther Zella-Mehlis on their Model 4 and PPK. A picture would be worth a thousand words.

This is what Hogg &Weeks has to say of the Kommer Model 4;

"The last of the Kommers, this pistol appeared in 1936. Based on the 1910 type FN/Browning, though striker fired, (So is the 1910 FN-Milo), and lacking the grip safety.
It was a good quality 7.65mm/.32acp pistol with a seven round magazine. The slide was marked;
WAFFENFABRIK KOMMER ZELLA-MEHLIS KAL 7.65
A cocking indicator pin was added to the slide on pistols above serial number 12000."

Value on these pistols is not high, being in the range of $150-$300 depending on overall condition per Blue Book/Standard Catalog/Gun Values Board averages.
Production of all Kommer pistols ended in 1940. Hope this helps.
