What can you tell me about the Norinco 213 ?

I have one of these a friend gave me. It is in good shape but has no magazine. I know they was imported in 1988 by KSI in Pomona CA. Does it have any collector value? Where can I get a magazine for it? Are these guns any good? Thanks in advance.

I've used other tokarev mags bought at the gunshow with good success. I've found these for 10-12 bucks apiece.
