Can anyone tell me if there is such an item in existance? Or can an aftermarket 45ACP custom trigger be modified and used in an Yugo M-57 Tokarev pistol? Thank you.

Nothing exists, the .45 uses a different mechanism. A good pistolsmith can improve the trigger mechanism. I have never heard of one recommended. Sad, considering the pistols quality.
