Hello Bklyn Irish. Please go to: www.Dawsonprecision.com . They have tritium for the CW series. I do nor work for DP, nor am i gettin paid in any way. They got a good rep on usacarry.com. let me know how it works out for you. my cw 45 wears a crimson trace laser. but i wanna add the sights , just in case. 44-40

I am also considering the Heinie Straight Eights. What sight set-up is everybody sporting?

yes they do install however good luck on the sights i called and ordered a set on the seventh of this month and am still wating .

Striking out left and right in this endeavor.

I have the "old style" slide, and apparently it's tough to find sights for it. Heinie is in the process of trying to find a set of their no-longer-in-production-for-the-old-slide Straight Eights for me.

I went back and forth with Heinie via email, the last response being "I have a bag of them (tritium Straight Eights.) Two week turnaround. "

Shipped the slide off and got the slide back a week later- "sorry, we don't carry a sight for that model."

According to the Kahr Shop, all .45 ACP models have the "new" style slide: http://www.kahrshop.com/slidecomparison.html
I have Trijicon night sights (from the Kahr shop) on my CW45 and have been pleased with them to date.

This may be a dumb question but how do I remove the slide on my CW9? I want to get the fiber-optic front sight from Kahr Shop for my gun but of course I need to know if my slide is the new style or the old one.

To check if your CW9 has a new or old style slide, lock the slide back and look for the machined dimple as described here: http://www.kahrshop.com/slidecomparison.html

Thank you! Mine has the new style slide since there is a dimple as in the picture from Kahr. I appreciate the links also!
