good price on a xdm 40s&w 3.8?

thinking about buying a used one for 550 out the door only 100 rounds have been shot. i get xdm 40S&W 3.8, SPRINGFIELD XD ESSENTIALS PACKAGE, blackhawk serpa, 200 rounds, and a $130 tac light. what do you guys think?
