xd in 357 sig?

yes, they make it. lots of people swear by it, lots of cops.
if you have a forty it's a barrel swap + mag.
pricey round; not a simple round to load but doable.

Just a barrel swap, 357 Sig feeds fine from a 40 S&W magazine.

I have nothing against XD's but the Glock M31 holds 15 rounds in the magazine vs. 12 in the XD.

versus 16 in an xdm whats your point?
reccomending a gun based on magazine capacity is dumb. i hate glocks with a passion. i've tried MANY times to like them and they end up getting sold off after a few months. the triggers to me feel like crap, the hump on the backstrap hurts my hand, and i dont like the grip angle. don't confuse that with me saying they are bad guns, they arent. they are just guns i PERSONALLY am not comfortable shooting. i guess i should sell my XD though, even though glocks hurt my hand they hold more bullets.
and yes, 40 and 357sig mags are the same. conversion barrel and you can fire both rounds perfectly fine with the same gun and the same mags. i dont know if they make a 357sig xd ive never looked but i know you can buy the sig barrel from bar-sto

You don't hate Glocks you don't prefer them. I don't like may guns because they don't fit my hand but I don't hate them. That is a stupid statement. I don't like 1911's because of the weight, the grip, excessively high bore axis but they are great guns I just don't prefer them. But mag capacity is a selling point though if a gun holds 8 and a different gun holds 13 that is a valid selling point.

by definition, i hate them. thanks for trying to correct me though. the fact that i respect glocks as proven firearms doesnt change the fact that i really dont like them.
sure, magazine capacity is a selling point. but magazine capacity is not the deciding factor between handguns for me, nor is it the first thing i look for. and since i like the ergonomics of the XD, if i felt i needed more magazine capacity i'll buy the XDM.
