OK guys I did the search thing and could not find what I was looking for. I am looking for the best conceal carry holster for the ruger sp 101 357mag. I know it will come down to personel preferrance but want to get a head start on what is being used and opinions you all have of them. IWB would mostly hide better here in Texas in the Summer but OWB I think would be more comfortable.

I'm in the same position. Just bought a SP101 snubby for carry. I may start with a pancake style from a local maker if he's got one for the Ruger at the gunshow this weekend, and also a pocket holster, just to see how that'd work.

For you OWB guys, go with the DeSantis Speed Scabbard. You won't be disappointed.

I carry my SP101 .327 magnum in a Simply Rugged pancake..high and tight on a good gun belt, see;

They make a kit where you can mold your own Kydex. Fun project if you're a "do it you self" kinda person
