ruger vaquero 45lc price check

looking at getting my first sa revolver.
based on what i have found, it's a 2000 make and has the case coloring. damn near new in the box with 40 rounds to go with it. seller will take 400 cash.
is this about right?

Good price for Vaquero. Real good for New Vaquero. (NV serial #)

I'd buy it. I love Ruger single actions. I've got a stainless 2003 Vaquero myself - real accurate and the weight is just great.
I also have a SBH in .44 mag (just got it) I'm taking out this weekend.
I'm sure you'll be quite satisfied with your purchase.

i've actually decided to pass on this revolver. it's very nice, but the seller had a couple other toys that i wanted instead!

I've got the 5.5". I like the balance, as well as the look.

I have two, an Old Model and a New Vaquero, in 4.5. I think they balance real good.
