Take a picture of it, and post it. That way we can get a good look at it.

You could send it to Ruger.

If there is a spent case stuck in the chamber, I would try a pistol cleaning rod in the end of the barrel.
Tap the rod with a block or someting while pulling the slide back. This would put pressure on the spent case to remove itself from the chamber.

Blazer ammo? I noticed the case looks silver?

my .02 cents...

Good luck.

Have someone hold the gun and pull back on the slide while you tap a rod from the muzzle end into the empty case. That should get it unstuck. Use a dowel or rod thats a semi-snug fit in a spent case and still fits in the barrel. Do not use a small dia steel cleaning rod or it could punch through the case head and you will still have a stuck case. Use a hardwood, plastic, alum or brass dowel and make it long enough that you won't smack the muzzle when/if it dislodges while your helper pulls it all the way back. If you have a shotgun cleaning rod it might fit.
If you get it out, do a thorough cleaning/inspection of the chamber and check the extractor for damage.

You verified that's an EMPTY case right?

Try the above mentioned tips and it sounds like you have let oil sit in the area for awhile. You should, with some careful work, get it out
