Guess I am now a Kimber owner. Just got the spring plug and installed it. Kimber Classic Stainless. Approximately 10 years old with less than a box of shells through it.

Had one. Great pistol. Gave it to my father in law for fathers day several years ago.

I sure hope you feed it better than the previous owner. Poor thing is starved

My SO has the stainless in 9mm, and she loves it more than me lol

I have two of these Series I Classic Stainless 5"ers. One is an early serial # with the black CMC polymer trigger and a later one with the aluminum match trigger. If you give Kimber a call, they will give you the exact day it left their factory over the phone while ya wait as long as you give them the serial number. Every Series I that I pick up (7 to date, that I still have anyways), gets a call to Kimber and I 3"x5" it on a card and put in original Kimber cases for later or the next owner. I was up to 12 but sold a few over the last year. I wish I had never bought my first one! LOL! They are so addicting and to find one with all original stuff or even better, original owner! Insert drool here......

Very nice! Each time I see this or the Classic Gold Match I can't help but beat my own ass.

4 years ago I sold my Kimber Classic Gold Match (blued with cobobolo grips) for $750 (paid $500). My excuse was that I'd never use it - and probably wouldn't have but I'd like to have that one back.

If only I could go back....
