 Help me choose sights

I am going back and forth on choosing some sights for my Warrior.

Here's my "guidelines" of my search...
-I have no plans of using it for concealed carry, it's a range gun that might see the occasional club IDPA style shoot, so tritium isn't a priority, but I wouldn't rule it out either I suppose if it just happened to be there.

-I do NOT want all black on both front and rear sights

-I like two dot sight pictures (Straight 8 style)...however...

-I'd like a brighter front aiming point than the Straight 8's though (Like a Truglo)

Is there anything out there like this? (Keeping in mind sticking with Kimber's dovetail slide cuts)
Do you think I could partner a Straight 8 rear sight with a Truglo front sight or would that not work?

I also have considered just going with a full Truglo set, though I've seen VERY MIXED reviews on them. A few of the reviews on Midway tell about the fiberoptic tubing flying out. I'm really hesitant to get them for that reason.

Thoughts? Opinions? Experiences?

Novak glow in the dark front. They will have a white outline so you will see it better(as you require)
Novak rear with the wide notch(.040)
They fit the factory dovetails.
They are large enough to see well and smooth so you can perform malfunction drills without slicing your hand as you slingshot the slide.

Its what I like
