Are new XIX barrels for Desert Eagle's still made?

I'm thinking of getting a Desert Eagle and I'm just wondering if new barrels in other calibers are still made? I'm planning on getting a .50 AE and I'd like a 44 replacement barrel, but not right away, I just want to know if I'll be able to get one new 6 months down the line or so.

I think the MK XIX are the only barrels that are still made.
